Dark Ages: Can't hold us down!

In this episode, I talk about my "Dark Ages" and touch on my experience in being the victim of both childhood and domestic abuse.

A lot of people, including myself, have been stuck in patterns of co-dependency. Those stories keep us from living our best lives and from expressing who we really are.

They can show up as physical abuse, spiritual abuse, spiritual co-dependency, spiritual/emotional vampires...basically, these are false narratives about control and giving up your power to someone or something else that does NOT have your best interests in mind.

I express my thoughts and feelings about them because you have to face this stuff and reclaim your authority over your life experience before you can truly BOSS UP.
